Nintendo DS Followup

Okay, so I went out and bought myself a Nintendo DS along with a few games for it. So far I’ve enjoyed it quite a bit. It was also a pretty big hit with my wife… so much so that I ended up buying one for her too. And why not, the combined price of the DS handhelds is about the same as a single Sony PSP.

We’ve had a pretty good time playing the multiplayer options on the few games we have so far. Being able to play multiplayer from a single cartridge over the built in wifi has turned out to be one of the best features of the game system. My wife and I can pull out our handhelds and play a game whenever and wherever the mood strikes.

It’s also worth mentioning that the DS will play GBA games so you don’t need to haul two game systems around to play your favorite games.
